No need to worry. We monitor flight arrivals in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly, so you’re not left waiting or paying extra. Just make sure to provide us with your correct flight details when booking.
Your driver will be waiting for you at your chosen location either directly outside or, at the nearest parking place, such as the airport car park.
Our driver will communicate with you the exact location via message or whatsapp so that they are easy to find.
Plans change – we understand. Please let us know as soon as possible by calling or emailing us. We’ll do our best to accommodate any new requirements or adjust your pickup time.
If you can’t spot your driver right away, please call the contact number provided in your booking confirmation. Our driver will assist you immediately or guide you to the meeting point.
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. For cancellations within 24 hours, a charge may apply. Please see our full terms and conditions for details.
